Notice the striking similarities of our beloved Mayor Luke "Fuckhead" Ravenstahl and President George W. Bush as Luke strikes the "Deer-in-Headlights" pose made famous by W. Bush on the morning September 11th. Expect more Bush style clueless leadership over the next two years if Pittsburghers are stupid enough to elect Ravenstahl as mayor on November 6th.

Luke Ravenstahl's "Tail-Gate" might be the nail in the coffin. There are too many blogs out there with coverage of this SUV incident but I have to say I was entertained by the post and image over at 2 Political Junkies, whose author is latest in a line of liberals to endorse Mark DeSantis for mayor. I've been telling my friends since I met him - despite being a Republican Mark DeSantis, believe or not, may be the most liberal of all Pittsburgh mayors in recent history. Pittsburgh Democrats are, for the most part, conservative Democrats. They are similar to the Blue Dog Dems that gained notoriety during the last big election. This alone should make liberal Democrats here in Pittsburgh weary of voting the party line. The fact that mayor Ravenstahl behaves more like George W. Bush than his Republican counterpart further proves my point.
